Unacceptable Accommodation – Health and Safety Concerns I had the unfortunate experience of staying at Admire Apart’ Hotel in November 2024. The conditions in this hotel are appalling and far below acceptable living standards. Here are the issues I encountered during my stay: - Overwhelming Smoke Odour in a "Non-Smoking Room" Despite being labelled as a non-smoking room, the space reeked of smoke. Burn marks were visible on the carpet, kitchen sink, kitchen counter, and ironing board, showing a persistent disregard for the non-smoking policy. - Strong Chemical Odour It seemed like the room had been excessively sprayed with strong chemicals to mask the smoke odour. This caused eye irritation and discomfort throughout my stay. - Extremely Poor Cleanliness The overall cleanliness was abysmal. There were grimy and mouldy areas in the bathroom, damp patches under paintwork, and dirty corners around the sink. The lack of upkeep is shocking and unacceptable. - Sewer Smell in the Bathroom Every time I turned on the shower, a strong sewer smell emanated from the drains, making the bathroom unusable for extended periods. - Unsafe and Rancid Food The breakfast service was appalling, with scrambled eggs that were clearly rancid. This caused an upset stomach and raised serious concerns about food safety. - Dangerous Electrical Hazards The washing machine was installed directly in the shower area. Water from the shower sprayed onto the machine, creating a severe electrocution hazard. - Mattress Smelling of Urine The mattress had a pervasive urine smell, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. - Ground floor Windows Don't lock A safety hazard, being on the ground floor with the windows in both rooms not having a locking mechanism from the inside, meaning that they can be opened from the outside. I did not feel safe sleeping in that hotel. These issues highlight not just poor maintenance but also blatant disregard for basic health and safety standards. I strongly advise against staying here unless these serious problems are addressed. My experience was deeply disappointing, and I hope others will avoid the same ordeal.
VERY POOR SERVICES. NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY.... This hotel is getting worst. Probably my last to check in to this unfriendly environment. Everyone projects like a big boss. No smile at all. And everything has to be reminded and communicated to them, towel is always not available at check in, cleaning and housekeeping has to be reminded, no non-verbal signal to have your room cleaned, so you have to call the reception and your call might not get answered. The cleaner wilk come after ages. No supplies will be given until you ask repeatedly. The third time I came, the shower holder a broken, and has to be communicated to them. No initiatives from the staff to inform.
