Beautiful place! Small, stylish and calm hotel with direct access to Ornos Beach. Very nice staff. Helpful, very friendly and polite. Great breakfast a la carte, delicious and fast. Wonderful sea view in the room. Stylish and good equipped room.

Our stay at Adorno was filled with issues — from a missing airport transfer and blocked sinks to mould in the shower and non-functioning amenities. Repeated requests for basic items were ignored, and maintenance staff even entered our private pool area without notice, breaching our privacy. The hotel offered only a voucher (despite us explaining we won’t be returning to Greece), refused a refund, and has since stopped responding — incredibly disappointing service for a supposed luxury property.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS – BROKEN ROOM, NO SLEEP, NO APOLOGIES, NO ANSWERS We had a disastrous stay at Adorno Suites in August 2025 — completely unlike our pleasant visit in 2019. We booked 3 nights in a “Cozy Double Room.” Upon arrival in the morning, we were told it wasn’t ready and that someone would call us when it became available. No one ever did. When we returned at 9 p.m., we were given an “upgrade.” Although the room was nicer, it was just a temporary space we could use for one night — we were told to check out again by 11 a.m. the next day. This meant we had to pack and unpack unnecessarily and were left without a room from 11 to 3 even though we had booked three consecutive nights. The room we had actually booked was still occupied by other guests when we checked out from that “upgraded” room. This arrangement would later be used to justify giving us an uninhabitable room: - Much smaller than the advertised 20m² (ca. 15m²) - An “outdoor area” in front of our room’s entrance with a table piled with cleaning trash facing a wall - The only window was broken, with a view of the hotel entrance and a parking lot. Staff admitted they were aware of the issue (“yeah, it has to be repaired”) but offered no solution. The window couldn’t be closed (constant noise) or safely opened, as the frame was hanging loose next to the bed — dangerous! - A massive ventilation unit behind the bed wall caused constant, loud vibration (just look at its size compared to the floor-to-ceiling window!) - Poor maintenance: hair in the bathroom, broken shower hose even in the “upgraded” room When we called reception at 1 a.m. to raise these concerns, we were told we weren’t allowed to be disappointed because we got an “upgrade.” We had never asked for one, and it certainly didn’t justify putting us in an unusable room for the remaining two nights! The staff only suggested we wear earplugs — which the “24-hour” reception wasn’t even staffed to provide. After a sleepless night due to noise and vibration, we went to reception early in the morning, ready to leave — having been told the hotel was fully booked for our final night. The receptionist claimed to know nothing and said: “Someone will contact you later today” regarding a refund, whether full or partial. When we said “thank you” and “goodbye” upon leaving, the receptionist didn’t even reply. Not a single apology. In hindsight, it was likely just a tactic to make us leave, as we never received any refund despite explicitly requesting one. When we followed up after giving them two full working days, we were told again: “I know nothing — I’ll have to ask the GM.” Still no response as of today. We are being completely ghosted, both directly and via the booking platform, as experienced by other guests (see another very recent review). We had to pay out of pocket for another hotel during peak season. What happened to us shows how BAD things can get. Even if some guests have had better experiences, the risk is simply not worth it.
