Adoro Hotel

Staff was helpful, property was comfortable and within walking distance to a restaurant, plenty of outdoor markets, a cafe, and the major buses. Served THE BEST breakfast with options such as eggs, pancakes, meats, fresh juices and coffee. It was also beautifully organized and prepared. If you’re headed to the Colosseum, they offer a free shuttle at a certain time so plan ahead— the taxis over-charge so it can get expensive. Strong air conditioning kept us all comfortable. I would cone back.

This is the most amazing place. Very relaxing and close to the city. The front desk staff was great but I would like to say something about my new friend Lorenzo. Lorenzo worked the lounge and the restaurant. One of the nicest people I ever met. He made the trip even more amazing. There should be more people like him in the world. ❤️

I booked here and then a person I was traveling with had a medical emergency and was hospitalized. I canceled my entire vacation, but I was told by the Adoro Hotel that I couldn't cancel any part of my week long stay there because the deadline for cancellation was a day earlier and I should have told them then. I suppose my friend should have been hospitalized earlier to accommodate the Adoro Hotel in its vast compassionate wisdom. Addendum: In light of their response, I'll point out that I have actually contacted them directly, and they haven't indicated a willingness to offer any kind of partial refund even if it the request came via Expedia. The impression I'm getting now is this is the usual run-around plus a little CYA. If that changes, I'll adjust my review.
