Adrina Termal Health & SPA Hotel

This is a very friendly and wonderful hotel. All the staff listened to us sincerely to fulfill our requests. We would like to express our highest praise and gratitude to the restaurant floor manager and many other staff members. We will remember this hotel when we see the caramel pudding. The service at the spa, mini shop, cafe, and of course the front office was excellent and we recommend this hotel as it is a very comfortable place to stay.

It’s fantastic place for a holiday, no matter the season - it’s good in winter and in summer. The food is fresh and diverse. There is free WI-FI everywhere and enough parking places for the cars. SPA centre is with very hot water and is suitable for people, who don’t like cold water. The outer pool is cooler, but still warm. The service is perfect. I would like to go again with my family.

The ACs are not working well, according to their experience they are closing fans on night from central system. That's why it is not possible to sleep and rest with enough quality. You need to open windows and doors for getting fresh air but hotel is close to the main road and coming too much noisy. If you can't sleep well during night due to temperature of room and forget about other services. Focus to main issues and necessities. By the way same thing also for bathroom vantilator is not working frequently. They are controlling from central and every 1-3 hours just they are working. I don't recommend this place definitely.
