We arrived the day the hotel reopened following a refurbishment. Francisco and Javi were welcoming from the start. The hotel itself is beautiful and a wonderful setting with direct access to the beach promenade. Our room was not ready on arrival and we were provided with a courtesy room that we used to get changed after our flight. A Perfect little room for just that purpose. Once ready, we were not disappointed with our hotel room. The room was spacious and had amazing features of a walk in closet and large terrace with table and chairs and two sun loungers. The bathroom had twin sinks, separate shower and bath with great water pressure in the shower. The main pool is heated with a separate unheated pool. A very warm jacuzzi is also accessed from the main pool and was very relaxing at the end of a long walk. Lots and lots of sunbeds. The hotel also provides amazing lounger towels that hook over the back of the sunbed (so that it doesn’t slide off), but also which Runs the length of the sunbeds. Second pool Towels are provided for drying. Amazing. The gym is well equipped but really could do with better air conditioning. It was too hot and airless in there. There is also a sauna and steam room in the gym. The breakfast buffet provided a good selection with an impressive array of healthy fresh fruit and vegetable juices. The best variety I have experienced. The servers were attentive and discreet and the breakfast experience was really enjoyable. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel To anyone that asked. The staff were all so happy, attentive and helpful, which made it an even better stay in such beautiful surroundings.

It’s not even the end of my vacation yes and I couldn’t wait to leave this review. I’ve been to many 5 star resorts in my time and this is the only hotel I’ve been to that ACTUALLY IS A FIVE STAR as they say! The views, the food, the staff, the facilities.. everything is absolutely amazing. The only minor issue I had was no iron in the rooms but the staff kindly lent me one for an hour so I was able to iron all my clothes and hang them up. Room service was excellent and free continental breakfast included with the room (I booked superior double) lovely heated pools, delicious food, delicious drinks, free pool service, staff are happy to help with everything and make sure you are relaxed. Just perfect, I’m so impressed! If you’re thinking about booking, don’t hesitate you won’t regret it 😊

What a beautiful and elegant' hotel. The staff are incredible. There is direct access to the promenade and beach from the hotel. Pool side service is excellent. Nightly entertainment is better than expected. The hotel provides towels which are fitted to sunbeds and don't blow away. On check-in we were given the option of fresh sheets daily, or every 2nd day. We were also asked if we wanted fresh towels twice daily. Coffee capsules, water and chocolates replenished daily. Location excellent. Breakfast excellent. Complimentary drinks offered on arrival and we were directed to a bar adjacent to reception, where we got the friendliest welcome, along with our drink AND some tapas. Parking is free. On arrival a valet parked our car for us. Apparently the car park has a lift directly to the hotel.👍 We cannot fault this hotel and will definitely be back
