⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed at Roca Nivaria for 3 nights with our baby and had the most amazing time! The food was next level—fresh fish and meat cooked right in front of you, made to order, plus loads of delicious variety at every meal. The pools were absolutely smashing, with gorgeous views and the perfect vibe for both relaxing and enjoying family time. The patio was stunning—spacious, peaceful, and the ideal spot to unwind while the baby napped. The whole hotel was spotless, calm, and beautifully run. Staff were kind and helpful, making everything feel easy with a little one in tow. A dreamy escape—we’ll definitely be back! 🌴☀️👶🏼

We spent a family vacation here for one week and it was enjoyed by all. The rooms are great with both ocean view and pool view. We stayed at an all inclusive package. The food was excellent for all three meals a day. They made eggs to order each morning or choose from the full buffet with lots of selections. Lunches had everything from the simple hamburgers and hot dogs to the full fledged buffet with lots of choices. The dinners also served steaks, pork, fish and beef cooked to order or the large selection of the buffet or both like I enjoyed. A wide array of desserts were provided for each meal and multiple salads complimented each meal. The pools were all nicely maintained and towels available for your use. There are plenty of choices for kids from ordinary pools to the play area with multiple water slides and water park. They also have multiple play rooms for children that are both supervised and unsupervised. If you need to drop off the kids for private time, no problem. Overall I rate this resort with 5 Stars.

Roca Nivaria Gran Hotel is a wonderful place to spend your time on a holiday with children. The location is excellent. We really liked that the hotel facilitated access to a beach. From the food, children's facilities, entertainment, everything makes this hotel the ideal place to go on a holiday with children. You can also go as a couple to relax at the bars, but it's not the same if you go with children. The outdoor area is incredible, it looks impeccable. The interior of the rooms should be renovated. If the details make you have the perfect holiday, you may be disappointed. I can't give the maximum score because in the room you could always hear the electrical panel, and in the bathroom the tank was making noise. Also the bathroom needs painting. As for cleanliness, I can't say anything, impeccable. Also for a 5 star hotel I expect that although comfortable, the bed is not a metal frame with hospital-type mattresses on top. Also another minus is the cumbersome process by which you always have to scan your card when you drink and you are always given a receipt. The first few days after settling in, this made us very uncomfortable as we didn't understand the process. That is, you take the food at your leisure, and when you drink you are controlled. It's a little embarrassing. Another solution needs to be found. The staff is generally friendly, but we also had less pleasant experiences with people who cleared the tables. We went to give the child food for lunch and because there were practically 2 minutes left until the restaurant opened, we were scolded in an unfriendly tone, we were shown the door and the clock. By the time the person in question finished scolding us, other people were already coming in as it was already meal time. Overall, we felt good, the little guy liked it a lot and we recommend the hotel for those who know how to make themselves feel good and don't sit around analyzing and complaining about every little detail
