My boyfriend and I absolutely fell in love with this place! The apartment was beautiful—modern, wood-accented, and spacious. Breakfast was excellent, with high-quality products and a very peaceful atmosphere. The winter garden was especially charming. The spa was great too, featuring two saunas (one at 65°C and one at 85°C), as well as both indoor and outdoor pools (though the outdoor pool was closed during our stay in May). We’re already looking forward to coming back one day! 🥰 The restaurant was also enjoyable—tasty food and a nice setting—although we found it slightly overpriced. If we could suggest one improvement, it would be to extend the spa hours and restaurant reservation times (both currently end at 8 PM). As visitors who love exploring the island, we often had to rush back to make the most of the amenities.
Very pleasant stay, especially noteworthy was the very good service by Karina in the snack bar!
I visited this huge hotel & resort for a weekend and I had many wonderful experiences! First of all the place is quite big and has a wonderful lobby! You immediately feel in a resort that has lots to offer to their guests. Probably the biggest highlight is the spectacular view to the lake and sea. The sunset is truly magnificent to watch here! The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms are very clean and have all the necessary items for a good weekend! Still, there are some things that caught my attention which explain the 4 stars of my review. The first one is the state of the “gym”, or better said the fitness room, since it’s a small room with just a few equipment. The floor was sadly damaged and it could definitely need a renovation. It was probably not the best idea to put laminated floor or wood for a gym instead of foam or a floor that can withhold sport activities. Second, the so spa area felt more like a swimming pool with just a sauna. Didn’t feel much like a spa area which takes the “resort” meaning a bit away. Still a nice addition to have it, but it kind of feels outdated and you quickly feel as if you were in a spa from the 80’s. Which leads to my last point, some areas of the hotel feel outdated and straight out of the 80’s or 90’s. While the lobby and restaurant are beautifully elegant and modern, the moment you pass on your way to the swimming pool and rooms you feel like in another hotel from the way it is built and styled. A plus is the delicious breakfast and the attentive service. The people at the reception were just wonderful!
