Aegean Palace

Our stay at Aegean Palace in Naxos was absolutely wonderful. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and comfortable, but what truly makes it special is the people working there. Everyone there was so kind, helpful, and welcoming with big smiles always on their faces, it honestly felt like staying with family. Big thank you to the employees in the reception, amazing customer satisfaction. & a big very special thank you to Anna, the amazing owner, who went above and beyond when our daughter got sick. She ran to get us medications from her own house, helped us get the right medication, made phone calls to pharmacies, and constantly checked in to make sure our little girl was okay. We were truly touched by her care and kindness. This kind of warm-hearted service is rare to find. We felt so looked after and appreciated every moment. There’s no way I would ever go to Naxos and not stay at Aegean Palace again. It’s more than a hotel – it’s a place filled with love, care, and truly special people.

Loved this place. Great location. Lots of nearby restaurants. Fantastic internal pool & facilities. Amazing staff. It’s not quite a 5 star hotel, with its little foibles, but it’s a great place to stay with everything you’ll need.

Rooms are far from expected, max 3 star. Staff very nice and suportive but they dont have too much to do. They change our room, first room we couldn sleep due to wind entering through door and banging continous; i saw 3, all the same, old style. Pool very big and clean but lack of shadow. Beach in front crowded and you need to pay 50 euro for 2 sunbeds but use it as food and drink voucher. Comparing the prices from around its a good price. Nice location
