We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very clean and Erjona was such a big help providing some amazing recommendations and helping us book anything we needed! The pool area is lovely and relaxing and everything you need is in close walking distance however it is also very easy to travel by scooter all across the island. We also loved sally the cat, please provide updates of her on Instagram!! :)
We stayed at the hotel for a week on a girls trip to Santorini! The staff are amazing! Erjona the receptionist was like a girlfriend we got away from home. Always meeting us with a smile and had the best recommendations for all we were looking for. They even prepared a little surprise for my friends birthday at the arrival! They have everything at the hotel if you want to book a boat trip or rent a car or a squad they will gladly help you with anything. There is a small store right in front of the hotel and you will get anything. From food, drinks, basic needs and suvenir. They have it all. The hotel is 3 minutes from the perissa beach by car. I strongly recommend to rent a car in general if you are Santorini to get around easily. We could go anywhere in the island in about 20 minutes. Only negative I would say it’s that the bathrooms are pretty small! Also it wasn’t allowed to drink by the pool and that was a bit sad for us. Otherwise I would definitely recommend the hotel for a friend for sure! Also the cleaning lady was the sweetest person on earth ♥️ we love her.
Be careful with the hotel, the rooms are not the ones indicated on the booking in the photo!! They are still very dirty, hair is everywhere, the bath mat is also dirty, it seems that they have not changed anything since the previous guests, the smell in the room is also very unpleasant. When we went to the pool, there were no towels, the sunbeds were also dirty and hadn't been washed for probably 10 years, the water in the pool was green around the edges. When we wrote a note and asked us to change the room, we were shown outside the door of the hotel. Exactly verbatim. - you have an hour to leave the hotel
