5 out of 5. Definitely a worthy hotel to stay in during your vacation. All the staff was really helpful and can speak English. The room is big and really comfortable beds. Added breakfast is a great way to start your day.

A bit of a disappointing experience here. The rooms were extremely tight and not much room to really walk around or open your luggage (not good for a long stay). Found it a bit misleading that it didn’t mention that there was no windows for the basic room when listed on the third party website. The amenities felt quite bare minimum quality. Considering this hotel is listed as 4 star, the overall stay was below average for a 4-star place. The only positive thing was the location is extremely close walking distance to many attractions in District 1 (like the shopping malls, Ben Thanh Market, and the MRT) and that the breakfast was decent quality.

Avoid this hotel. Windows that don't seal and might as well not exist, combined with a location next to a busy road and a noisy night club. Night club continues into the early hours, so don't hope to get any sleep.
