A&EM Saigon Hotel

I truly enjoyed my stay at the A&EM Saigon Hotel. I booked an executive room and it was exactly as pictured on the website. It was spacious with a comfortable bed and nice sized bathroom. Housing keeping was on a daily basis and very thorough. Staff was courteous and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful with a large variety of items including cook to order eggs. Perfect location near Ben Thanh Market and the new metro station. Lots of tourist agencies, shops and restaurants nearby.

Excellent Service! The room was clean and very nice. Special shoutout to Mrs. Hana and the gentleman (Mr.) who provided the best service. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

Stayed here for 5 nights and saw cockroaches crawling in the bathroom twice. Totally unacceptable. I can confirm their bugs control is way worse than a hostel. Located in a noisy area though location is convenient. The Room is not sound proofing. Can hear the loud music from neighbouring pubs and restaurants. The hairdryer is really really weak and it took forever to dry any long hair. Ladies can consider another hotel or just bring your own hairdryer. To conclude it doesn’t worth the money at all. Definitely not a four-stars hotel.
