The staff makes this place amazing! Svetlana and another lady at the reception are very helpful and nice. Always ready to help. Also the kitchen staff and waiters are so lovely. They try speaking different languages to talk to any guest. Great food variety. Very kind and helpful people. Rooms are cleaned nicely. Amazing views of mountains and sea from the hotel and they also drive you to sandy beach if needed. Really enjoyed our stay!
The experience was wonderful, really good value for money. Definitely would recommend. The staff were very nice and helpful. Food was great and fresh, wide offer of options. Beach at the hotel is beautiful and not crowded. All inclusive drinks are available from noon, the alcohol drinks taste average. But you can buy great cocktails for extra costs. The location and view is beautiful, definitely a highlight. The nearest store is about 25 minutes away, bus stop 15 mins away. As for the negatives, I would mention that spa was not functioning, the food was not available throughout the whole day (afternoon snacks did not last long, no offer between breakfast and lunch) and the rooms could be a bit cleaner (especially bathroom).
Hotel location was great especially for those who do want to spend most of the time in the hotel and its close surrounding. The nearest store was 2km away but you needed to walk the road without any pavement for pedestrians. You needed to rent a car or take a taxi to get somewhere, even to some nice beach. Hotel didn't have any small store where you could buy even emergency stuff like SPF cream. Beach at the hotel was down the hill which was an issue for my partner with heart problems, as walking quite steep slope up the hill in the heat is quite challenging. The beach was nice but without any service and we did not even swim in the sea there as there was very inconvenient entry to the sea. We either rent a car and visited nearby beaches or used hotel shuttle service to a close Ammos beach. Hotel food was ok, I enjoyed sort of Feta cheese and fish which was not on daily menu though. First week we did not even have fresh fruit like watermelon which was though available second week. Generally, the variety of food did not meet my expectations for a 4-star hotel with all inclusive catering. Rooms were quite spaceous, we had a nice view over the see, though it could have been cleaned more deeply, especially bathroom. Staff was very polite and kind, really nice people wprking there.
