A bit disappointed for 2 main reasons. Returned here after many years and standards have slipped in some key aspects. The breakfast which was once fantastic is now terrible - the wateriest scrambled eggs I've ever seen in my life - consistently sub par every day. This is such a shame given that the restaurant there (Napulé) is honestly excellent... what on earth is going on?? Furthermore, key garden areas that were once thriving have now been left arid and bare. Oh and we had a dirty shower curtain. Not really excusable for the cost of the rooms. The things to praise since last time - very friendly, professional and helpful reception staff and the golf buggies are excellent help for managing luggage up and down hill. The view from up high is gorgeous.

We stayed at Aeolis Suites last week, and unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. We were in Room 23, which is in urgent need of renovation. The furniture was outdated, with drawers that couldn’t even open, and the bathroom was both cramped and old. The cleanliness also fell short of our standards. The shower curtain had visible mold, which we promptly reported, and it was replaced. However, there were still issues with cleanliness overall. The shower head was clogged with calcification, making it difficult to have a proper shower. Additionally, there was no rain shower feature, which was disappointing. Given the price we paid, we expected a much higher standard. The overall value simply didn’t match the cost, and I would not recommend this hotel to others based on our experience.
