Best receptionist ever Anzelica! Young girl with glasses,solve all my problem in one moment. the rooms are a bit out of date, but the guys are gradually renovating them. The water pressure is excellent

The hotel was very clean and quiet The food was good The staff were helpful expat such as Dimitri he’s so helpful. But for *IVAN *he was very rude and unprofessional he was playing with his phone and not even looking at me while I was talking to him and he talking to me in an attitude and his behaviour was really really bad

worst hotel i’ve ever stayed in, when we tried to check in they said when needed a certain paper even though we booked everything online and in my 11 days stay no one asked for it, no one speaks English and they act like u insulted them if you asked for someone who does, beyond racist and the rooms smell funny and there’s dust everywhere, the room cleaner saw the don’t disturb sign on the door yet she decided to come in !! right after that the reception started calling us asking for an update on our information i told her okay i will do it i went upstairs she deactivated our cards!! honestly beyond unprofessional. don’t waste your money here because nothing is worth it
