100% recommended - great value and service! We spent one night here and were gladly surprised on the overall value proposition this hotel had to offer. Although we could not try out the hydro spa facilities for technical difficulties, we managed to ate at the Origen-es restaurant (an absolute delight and great experience) and enjoy the amazing room and the amenities coming with it plus the next morning included wine tour throughout their wineries. Great service, great staff and definitely will be back to try out the things we couldn’t try during our short visit.

Rooms were great, breakfast had a large variety. There were unexpected costs that weren’t mentioned like the spa 28€ for 45 min and parking (5€ per day). You can just park in front of the hotel for free.

Great location and good food, but disappointing service This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the Ruta del Vino de Ribera del Duero, making it a great base for visiting wineries. The restaurant has a good selection of wines & reasonable prices for the quality, and the breakfast (but terrible coffee) is excellent — fresh, varied, and very satisfying. However, the service leaves much to be desired. The staff is very rigid, with a lot of rules that make you feel unwelcome: you can’t bring food to the courtyard, you’re asked to leave your table immediately after breakfast hours, they won’t help you book a dinner reservation, and you’re even told you can’t open an umbrellas. Overall, the staff was not helpful and did not show a sense of customer service. If you care more about location and food than about feeling warmly received, this place might suit you. But if you’re looking for hospitality and flexibility, you may be disappointed.
