They communicated with us on checking in. We went straight to the right spot (the beach store) The property is very well placed for a trip to Cinque Terre, no hill climbing. Only one set of stairs. Everything worked, the room was clean. Decor is simple but you are looking out the windows the whole time anyway. Lots of space. Hosts were helpful and available. Breakfast is best just to the RIGHT as you walk out the door. It had the best variety and service.

Nice and clean. Right by the beach, and we had a nice small balcony over the busy street. The windows were good, so we weren't bothered by the nightlife outside. The place was central and close to the train station. Overall the place was nice and I wouldn't hesitate to come here again!

A/C does not work. Shower does not drain. The “Mini-Bar” was a warm refrigerator with nothing in it. The place is very worn down and poorly maintained. The itineraries from prior guests were still sitting on the desk, indicating they had made the bed after their stay, and little more. They tell you at the desk that the WiFi does not work, and they were spot on with that. Very difficult to find the actual location. The entry is a single green door with no identification. To gain entry, you have to go down the road to another hotel and check in. I caution you to steer clear. We booked this place for two nights and were so dissatisfied with it that we left a day early and booked a different location. Didn’t even bother asking for our money back, we just wanted to get out of there.
