Afflon Sea Hill Concept Adult Only

We had a great experience at the Afflon Sea Hill Concept Hotel in Antalya, and we owe a huge part of that to Alara, the receptionist! From the moment we walked through the door, she greeted us with a warm smile and a genuine enthusiasm that instantly made all of us feel welcome. Alara was incredibly knowledgeable about the hotel amenities and local attractions, providing fantastic recommendations that truly enhanced our stay. Her attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to accommodate our requests was impressive. Even when we had questions about our booking, she handled everything with ease and professionalism, ensuring we felt valued as a guest. Not only did Alara friendly demeanor make the check-in process smooth, but she also checked in on us throughout our stay to ensure everything was perfect. We appreciate her amazing customer service. The hotel owner/manager should be proud of having staff member like Alara. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable! We will definitely come back!

Our stay at the hotel was made most memorable by Mr Dogan Murat(who by the way new us all by our first name) what a wonderful and perfect gentleman who went out of his way to ensure that our request and stay was as pleasant as possible. The breakfast is also worth mentioning especially the cook Murvet Turan you are absolutely AWESOME and I know have a new breakfast favorite thanks to you MENEMIN so deliciously made served. Great overall experience. The staff was very kind and helpful, special mention to Dogan at the breakfast service who made us feel like kings every morning ! The room concept is interesting, yet the 'different room' unfortunately has not much anything surprising.
