Just outside of the town of Oudtshoorn, this very original luxury safari experience is definitely recommended. The tents have all facilities required, have the comfort of AC, wood burner, own bathroom and electric blankets which are very useful in the cold winter nights. The tents are situated nicely overlooking a lovely lake. When visiting, make sure to book the Meerkat safari; it was really special to see them in the wild, but also all the rest of the info JJ provides during the trip is very informative. We really enjoyed staying there a few nights, and recommend this place a base camp for various activities in the vicinity of Oudtshoorn
Amazing! The views here are out of this world, especially with snow on the mountains in winter. And the tents were spotless on arrival. Would recommend this to anyone looking for an escape from the busyness of life to relax and unwind. It was a great spot for our family holiday to Oudtshoorn.
AfriCamps Klein Karoo was recommended to us by a family member and it exceeded our expectations. The safari tents are super spacious and comfortable. The location with the lake is superior and the food packages are delicious. We can definitely recommend the meerkat safari - it's a unique experience!
