It was our first time visiting the Aegean coast in Balıkesir. After some research, we decided on this hotel. Given the many negative reviews, we were initially unsure whether booking this hotel was the right choice. However, after reading both a lot of negative and some small amount of positive feedbacks, we thought, “How bad can it really be?” and booked it for a few days.Unfortunately, our experience was not good. In summary, the following aspects could definitely be improved: - Dirty room - Room in very poor condition - No WiFi in the rooms (quite surprising for this time, this is the first time I’ve encountered this) - All-Inclusive concept: in reality, it’s just breakfast and dinner(very little variety). The snack times offered nothing more than a plate of manti (a Turkish dish that is admittedly tasty), but don’t expect things like fries or other snacks - Be cautious with eating the vegetables, especially, as from our experience, they are not well-washed. You could actually get sick from them - Soft drinks: Cola and Fanta are pre-poured in large quantities at the bar, resulting in flat drinks with no fizz - Cutlery and plates are extremely dirty - I personally found the pool water to be dirty For us, this is not a place we would return to. Especially in Turkey, where the All-Inclusive concept is usually top-notch, this hotel would likely fare better under different management. We did like the location itself, which is a nice spot.

This was a decent family hotel. It’s our second visit here. It will probably be our last. They are not keeping up the rooms or the accessories. The food was also not so great. And they seem to be struggling with service. They are understaffed which leads to lots of broken chairs, dirty dishes, and extremely dirty pool.

The hotel was awful. Food was really bad. The staff who serves the food was rude. We couldn't enjoy our vacation. I would never recommend this hotel. Waste of money. It has safety tourism certificate but it has no safety at all. Everything was dirty. Nothing done in the name of cleanliness.
