It is a lovely hotel, we've been here for 5 nights of 8 so maybe we should have stayed less, because the staff are lovely, our room is basic but clean and comfortable, and the pool is lovely. I'm struggling as no one speaks much English, except Sergio the lovely barman, and my school girl Spanish can only get me to a library and name some pencil case equipment (not as helpful as my teacher imagined!) It's quite a long way from anything. Be prepared to hire the bikes ( we did!) Otherwise it's a good 20min walk to civilisation, which we liked at the time of booking, but now is rather annoying. Ideal for a couple who want a short, quiet holiday. They did have a wedding on site and a very vocal singer, unannounced, so we only heard from the balcony! Food is lovely, buffet style, breakfast offers a good variety 😋 we didn't have lunch, but dinner was OK. Again after 8 nights, we got a bit bored and strolled to the only local shop in town. Get the bikes, or a hire car if you are stay longer than 3 nights - valencia itself is too far away to visit in a day on public transport. ;)

We booked an “all-inclusive” package at Tu&Me Resort expecting everything would be included. Instead, we were shocked to discover that we had to pay extra for drinks, including soft drinks, and even for basic amenities like pool towels. This does NOT align with what’s typically expected from an all-inclusive stay, which usually includes meals, snacks, and drinks throughout the day. The resort should be more transparent about what’s included in their package, as this left us feeling misled and very disappointed. They should actually use the term “full board” on their website instead of “all-inclusive” to better reflect what’s truly covered. Be prepared to pay extra for things you’d normally expect to be part of an all-inclusive experience. Not recommended for those looking for a stress-free holiday.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE Was trying to contact the property to organise group event, sent a couple of emails, called a view times. Last call a woman just said that we've got a reply that in fact we've never got and just HANG UP on me. Think twice before trying to organise wedding or a group a group event.
