Ag Hôtel & Spa Marrakech

Absolute amazing hotel. Loved my stay there. My husband booked a deluxe double room and it was massive. I did not expect it to be that big. It was very nice and clean. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The pool got cleaned everyday as well and very quiet surroundings. The only negative point is that it is nearly 30-40mins away from city centre. Otherwise it’s a top hotel. If you’re not bothered about the travel to city centre then you should defo book this hotel!!

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for my entire stay. Miss Hanan and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Speaking of the rooms, they were simply exquisite. Spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for, it’s a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. I’ll be booking in again once I’m back in Marrakech 🫶

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, it’s not a 5 star hotel. Me and my Husband went for a Mini Honeymoon in March, we understand that we went during Ramadan but the place was dirty, SPA WAS OFF AND NOT WORKING, and the hotel is not 20 minutes away from Marrakesh, it is 40 minutes. We spoke with Reception which they offered to get us a taxi for a 50€ price round trip, imagine if you need to spend that in the 4 nights we were staying. The hotel doesn’t provide a bus or something for transport more affordable so basically you are stuck. No ambiental music in reception, all the lights off, THE SPA was the main reason to book and all the facilities were off. We had to leave the next day because we and another couple were the only one in that hotel, we felt scammed by the pictures. We tried to contact the hotel to request a refund and they declined, basically ruined our honeymoon. I have been in 5 stars hotels and certainly this is not one, don’t get fooled by the reviews that they do themselves.
