Very friendly staff, very helpful. Dinner was good on Friday night as they were having an event that evening. Pool closes too early every night if you were trying to see sites during the day (6PM) in the summer. Pool is beautiful though, great to look at while you can’t swim in it in the evening when everyone gets back from their excursions. Food was great. Plan on using a taxi as buses do not come this direction
the pool is great. The food is good. The rooms are clean but very dated 25 years ago it would have been flash, but unfortunately, it's a bit old and run down friday night and Saturday night the music is loud past 12 am .
This place is pathetic, I had the worst experience here ever as a guest and the service is laughable. Staff is lazy, breakfast is frugal! Eggs, bacon, jam and bread. Honestly save your money and eat from the gas station. I had over 20 guests reserved at this hotel for 5 days for my mothers birthday party and the hotel did nothing to acknowledge that. Very disappointing as this hotel claims to host special occasions and events, yet the staff was unwelcoming and the property owner is the rudest italian ever. "Big Boss" 🤣. Wake up early for the frugal breakfast that includes eggs, bacon, jam and bread. Otherwise you'll have to hassle with the staff to get approval from the Big Boss if its okay to bring out more food. I highly encourage people to not stay here, this place is not worth your money or your time. This place is a rest stop not a vocational stay. By the way, the pool is open from 9:00 to 18:00 and has a contract with daycare so expect to see little kids running around screaming and in the pool with their life jackets. This place was a joke, I was so embarrassed
