Fantastic all inclusive hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Drinks are premium, with upmarket Bars and coffee shops, and a wide range of herbal teas. The kids loved the bubble tea. The food is great quality, and abundant with a snack bar by the pool during the day and high quality food in the buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Beautiful ambiance, sea front hotel. It’s in a quiet location, perfect for sunbathing. The animation team are friendly with a good range of activities for those who want to take part, including yoga, football, volleyball, darts, aqua aerobics. The water slides are very popular, and the kids club looks. It’s also possible to walk along the beach around the bays, for fantastic sunsets and the sea is shallow with plenty of variety of fish for those who bring their own snorkels. There is also an indoor pool, great sauna, and big hamman which is free to use and really nice cultural experience. Nearby to the temple of Apollo for those wanting a day trip. Highly recommended
This wasn't the original hotel we booked, it was changed by our travel agent to one of the hotels in the group. We were not disappointed! There was so much to choose from, food was available pretty much 7 am - 1 am, there is something here for everyone, even the most picky eaters or those wanting plain food and everything we ate was delicious. One thing I loved were the branded drinks that were included in the package. The staff around the hotel were fantastic! All very polite, very helpful and gave service with a smile. We did not encounter one miserable member of staff, a rarity in these times. The customer relations team were absolutely amazing! They couldn't do enough for you, especially Nazli and Okay, she helped us to navigate how everything worked in the hotel, gave us information we need to get around, got us booked into one of the a la carte restaurant. Always ready to assist with her lovely smile and hello, checking how you were doing and how your holiday was going. We were here for a relaxing break, it was perfect for what we wanted. They had entertainment every night, at kid's club, spa,.sauna and gym, pretty much anything you could require. Apart from spa treatments, everything was part of the all inclusive package, this includes a mini bar that was stocked once a day (If you required more refills than this, it was at an extra cost). There are so many areas around the resort with plenty of sun loungers, seating areas and bars. There's even a private beach attached to the hotel. We had an amazing time and were very happy to have been here.
Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was quite disappointing due to several major issues with the building and facilities. The entire property feels very outdated, and there is no air conditioning in the main building, including the dining area, reception, and hallways, which made things extremely uncomfortable, especially during the hotter parts of the day. One of the most concerning aspects was the lack of a smoke-free environment. People were smoking everywhere—especially around the kids’ pools—which was very unpleasant and not family-friendly at all. There were no designated no-smoking zones across the hotel grounds. Very slippery around the pools. The hotel only has three lifts, which are nowhere near enough for the number of guests. During meal times and in the evenings, we spent a frustrating amount of time just waiting for an elevator. The bathrooms in the rooms were in poor condition—rotten and in desperate need of renovation. Similarly, the spa facilities were very run down. The one shower available had market-style curtains, and the area flooded each time we used it. It certainly did not meet any reasonable expectations for a spa experience. Entertainment was very poor not so much enthusiasm from he team and the evenings could have been more fun for kids then just kids party. However the kids indoor club was good despite been also run down . On a more positive note, the food was good and we appreciated the effort from the staff, who were kind and helpful despite having limited English, which occasionally made communication a bit difficult. Overall, while there were a few positives, the condition of the facilities and the lack of basic comfort and cleanliness would make it hard for us to recommend this hotel, especially to families with children.
