Overall it is good. Pros Diverse and rich breakfasts and dinners. Outside pool is nice and clean. Inside pool is the same. Cons High prices. Small room. No air circulation inthe bathroom. The fridge is not cooling. No way to have a very cold beer in the room. AC is behind the curtains.

I would like to share our recent experience staying at your hotel, which, unfortunately, was quite disappointing. The hotel is not at all suitable for families with children. There are stairs everywhere and no ramps or elevators, making it extremely difficult — if not impossible — to move around with a stroller. This also means the hotel is inaccessible for people with disabilities. Additionally, we were told in advance that our room would be on the ground floor. However, upon arrival, we were given a room on the fourth floor. There is no elevator, so we had to carry a stroller and a child up four flights of stairs — it felt like something from the Stone Age. To make things worse, we had a very poor experience at the restaurant. We waited two hours for our food, only to receive the wrong order entirely. After such a long wait, this was extremely frustrating. Another serious concern is the staff. Most of them appeared to be very young boys — around 14 to 15 years old — with no proper training or experience. This was quite surprising and unprofessional for an establishment that presents itself as a hotel and restaurant. We hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to provide a better experience for your future guests.

The checkin is at 15:00 we were at the hotel at 15:10 the reception told us that room is not ready yet, to my question when it would be they said after 10 mins. After 10 mins they say that 30 more minutes are needed. Mind you we were with 1 year old, and I was planning to feed him once we checkin, baby was hungry we were angry. I'll share about room quality once I'm checked in, not hopping for much already just hope it would be clean.
