Agorà Palace Hotel

This is an excellent buscando ness hotel in the heart of Biella. Service is exceptional and very one is very friendly. We were there for a wedding and they were very accommodating with special touches: clothes steamer, ironing station, shoe shine machines, extra cables if needed, etc. They also provided cribs and pack n’ plays for other wedding guests. The location is very central and close to a mall with full-sized supermarket. The restaurants were also very good, including the buffet breakfast.

Clean simple modern rooms for a fair price in Biella Italy. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

Could not be better. The staff was beyond amazing. I became ill while staying in Biella and had to extend my stay by three days. I felt well taken care of by the staff in all respects. The front desk staff, in particular Marta and Sophia, were exceptionally helpful to me. I was very grateful for their concern and care. Even housekeeping kept me well supplied with extra towels and supplies. The room was bright and comfortable with a comfortable bed, nice desk and chair and well appointed bathroom. The restaurant served excellent meals. The hotel location is next to convenient shopping. It is right across from a little park and adjacent to the Old Town part of the city which was fun to explore. I would definitely stay again if I was in the area.
