Agrigento Resort Hotel

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The service was outstanding — the staff truly stepped up during a difficult time and handled every situation perfectly. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. Super service all around! The place was clean, nice, and very reasonably priced. If you’re looking for a hotel where you’ll feel comfortable and well taken care of without breaking the bank, I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Location, beach and pools are great. The hotel has such a potential to be good if it was properly run and maintained. Issues.... 1. Fire exits are all blocked. It is utterly unacceptable to compromise safety. The hotel stores child beds in front of all fire exits. Essentially that was the biggest statement that the hotel management does not care. 2. Cleaning. The cleaning standard in the rooms are unacceptable. The cleaners have plenty of time and every time you walk from thr room to the lift they are sat there chatting in the lift area doing nothing. So that's a failing of the management to set standards and then enforce it. 3. Do not eat in this hotel. The food is far worse than a work canteen in any country I have worked in. Mass produced poor quality and not very clean. 4. General maintenance, Internet is sporadic, air condition was a problem. We have family in erdek and we spend most of our time with them. So the hotel was really just for sleeping and not much else, except we did use the pools every couple of days. We enjoyed, but I wouldn't have liked to have stayed in Agrigento without the family house. My wife said the hotel used to be the best in Erdek, its a great shame as the place could be a gem with a bit of effort.

They canceled our reservation in the last 24h claiming that they couldn't take the payment over booking. Paying on-sight was not an option and there was no such info
