Excellent 3 day stay. + The kitchen team, A PASS. Attentive and detailed, the kitchen staff adding details such as flowers and plants from the gardens to the dishes, the waitress an expert in the cuisine they offered and their chaf with French influences A PROFESSIONAL - It's a shame that they couldn't count on us in the end on the night of San Juan to see the party from a special point, but it was a great detail to offer. And to add something, a small confusion in the room change that saw us without a room for a while since we didn't know which one we had, but the kitchen team solved it elegantly. A great place, all peace and professionals.

If you don't mind tour guides invading your hotel. This is your place. Condenast got this so wrong! The juxtaposition of the beautiful Hacienda like grounds, with the cheap modern IKEA deco, is a complete let down. Small rooms that are poorly decorated; feel unfinished & claustrophobic. Remote contoled sealing windows were obnoxious. Uncomfortable beds & awfull pillows. We wanted nothing else but to be out of here. The "Bar" & breakfast area are simply discouraging. The pool seem nice except for the horrible circus tent next to it. No individual umbrellas but you get to share the tent with 15 other chairs. Already thinking of cutting trip short & leaving or getting a new accommodation. I'd give a 4 star review for diner but that's about it.

I made a confirmed booking through TUI Italia in January 2022, I called Ca Na Xini in June and they told me that my booking doesn't exist, thank goodness I called otherwise I would be left without accommodation. Terrible management both by TUI and by the farm. It's a shame because I cared about it. Avoid TUI.
