Agsaray Deluxe Hotel

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Swimming pool is pretty good. Water is a bit cool for March. Location is OK. Sauna is not free even for lux numbers. Service people is fine.

Location is amazing - right in the center by the river with nice views from the room. Rooms were clean, with decent amenities prepped inside, and the price for two people was quite reasonable. Staff were polite and accommodated our requests. However, the hotel seems like it had its best days already. Although it’s nice overall, but it might do with refurbishment as it feels like it needs a breath of fresh air. Arguably still the best hotel in the city, yet it seems kind of sad especially when only a handful of guests staying except for you (maybe October isn’t the month to visit, idk). Breakfast was okay, not terrible but not good or exciting either. Included in the price, but ended up buying something before hitting the road. Another advantage: you can take a quick stroll along the river before sleep :) I guess it all depends on what you’re looking for. Good to stay overnight.

My family and I stayed the hotel for a night, in 2017. It is a luxury hotel with a lot of facilities. Staffs are welcoming. It is located next to a river in a peaceful and picturesque place. Visit the dam and the pavilion beach there. The dam is in walking distance. Everything was good, except they served my 8 years old son a light alcohol drink, which made him sick! The patrol police were not kind and asked me to receive a bribe for darkened windows of my car. I resisted to pay, however I had to pay some Menats to get rid of them. Except those bad memories, I highly recommend the hotel due to its great value for money.
