Se had an AMAZING experience!! My family and I stayed for 4 days and everything was exceptional. ALL staff at the hotel are very nice, and helpful (front desk, spa, restaurant, maintenance). Everyone is wonderful here. We traveled with a toddler and there were some accommodations made for him, in the room and for his meals at the hotel’s restaurant. Installations are very clean. They just renewed the hotel so everything looks neat. Location is also great, you find everything nearby.
We are traveling from US and highly recommend this hotel. Location is perfect. Service was excellent. The spa was awesome. The room is very updated. 10/10!
This was my second time staying at this premises. Bed sheets were a joke, not even fitting the bed and duvet didn’t have a cover… One of the nights I had a friend staying with me and they decided to stop me at the door and ask my friend if my friend was going to stay the night (we didn’t even know at the time so I said yes just in case) and they decided to ID my friend and charge an extra u$s50 of TAX (aprox) because my friend was local..(?) unreal… also they don’t even provide you with a cup for you to have a tea in your room because “they’re not allowed to take cutlery from the kitchen to any rooms” Elevator broke twice in a week and by the way, having a glass of wine isn’t allowed in your room either. They also even charge for the water in the room which I found very tight to do. A place to avoid.
