We had a beautiful week at this hotel, I’m so glad to been there, the service was excellent, staff very helpful, the room comfortable, view from the balcony was great, location very convenient to walk in the local shops and restaurants, the beach was sort walk from there, rooms are cleaned daily. So absolutely satisfied with Aqua Hotel, thanks for all of the staff the great service. We will definitely want to come back again and stay in the hotel and we will recommend for our friends for the future. Thank you
We really enjoyed our stay here. The reasons for only 4 stars…. Our room had a very small balcony and the air conditioning was a little noisy. However well equipped, clean and a good kitchenette. The service was spot and nearly all staff were very friendly and helpful from reception to cleaners. We did find the breakfast area underwhelming and not the best selection compared to other hotels we stayed in. Location is very close to the main strip and a good supermarket 😊
The room was nice and I especially liked having a kitchen and a balcony. However, the main downside was the air conditioner—it didn’t stay on consistently or cool the room properly. The location is convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the bus stop with routes to Portimão and other areas. Breakfast was quite basic with juice, tea, coffee, some fruit, and a few hot food options. I appreciated having a supermarket just 2–3 minutes away, which was really handy given the in-room kitchen.
