This is definitely a three-star hotel, but far from the best three stars. The interior is very basic. The room has nothing: no slippers, no robe, no kettle. The breakfast is also quite poor.

We have been looking at this hotel for a long time, we liked what we saw very much, we have twins aged 1 year and a 3 year old boy, we wanted to breathe the Balkan air, we went and were accommodated in the house because we were three adults and three children. From the beginning everything was very good, the last 2 days unpleasant situations happened, he told us that we have to vacate the house because they will accept other people there and we will be given 2 rooms in the hotel, we agreed, we didn't make a problem, we had to collect all our baggage and to get it all the way up there by ourselves no one offered help, then we slept one night in the rooms they gave us and the next day we were leaving, but the flight was late and we had to stay until 7 o'clock in the evening they asked for some amount for 2 rooms they gave us we gave it to them, but the same day we vacated one room, we didn't need to know why we were leaving in the evening and only stayed in one room, but they asked us to vacate it by 12 o'clock, my husband explains to them that there is no place for us to stay with the three children outside terribly hot and they will want to sleep and rest and they told us to stay at the bar all day with the luggage and the three children then my husband got angry and said we will not vacate the room and they moved us again to another room because someone have people booked this exact room we are not satisfied at all they said they would have people in the house but no one was there the house was empty I don't know why they did this
