Literally next to the Marina, the price od this hotel is way way expensive. The staff are overworked. The hotel rooms are good size, mine had a balcony, nice but dated. The shower is see thru with adjustable blinds. Its a bit weird. The sink design is fancy but not practical. There is a toilet and bidet. The breakfast is the best! Excellent variety of everything. You can order from their menu on top of the buffet. You can sit indoors or outdoors. The spa is nice but definitely dated. The location is walking distance to the marina, easy to access the restaurants on the marina, great for a stroll.

Great massage, but lunch and spa reception let it down My partner and I went for the spa package with a massage and lunch. The massage was lovely and the spa itself was a really nice space — calm, clean, and relaxing. What brought the experience down was the service, both at lunch and at the spa reception. The receptionist at the spa wasn’t friendly at all. She came across quite cold, which really set the wrong tone at the start of the day. Later, when it came time for lunch, the service was honestly a mess. We waited for ages. The woman who first came to take our order disappeared without telling anyone, and no one else followed up. We eventually had to go find someone, and they were completely unaware we were still waiting. It felt really unorganised and unprofessional. It’s a shame, because the spa and massage were genuinely great, but the service at reception and during lunch definitely affected the overall experience.

We’ve been here for 5 hours and our room is still not ready. We contacted the hotel in advance to inform them we would be arriving very early, since flights from Frankfurt are constantly being cancelled and rescheduled for 5 a.m. They said they would do their best, but we haven’t seen any real effort from the staff to speed up the process. Only two receptionists have been friendly — all the others have been rude and unhelpful, giving us no information. The staff at the restaurant by the pool, however, have been lovely and the food is delicious. We are here with two children, and I’ve already seen many other guests complaining. Lots of people are waiting around the pool with no idea of what’s going on. Ibiza has many wonderful hotels with impeccable service. Don’t make the mistake of coming to this hotel. It’s definitely not a 5-star experience! It’s a shame, but this hotel has serious management issues and is simply not worth it.
