Agva Riverangel Hotel Adults Only

It was in a very good location right next to the river. The hotel is a little charming boutique hotel with 5 rooms. Our room had jacuzzi and fireplace which we enjoyed a lot and view of river from the window of our room. The breakfast next to river was delicious and even more pleasent with the sound of nature and birds.

The hotel falls far short of what I would consider an acceptable standard due to various issues with maintenance and cleanliness and price vs quality ratio. The walls throughout the room were noticeably in need of painting. The sinks in the bathroom were leaky. The room was missing a trash bin, the carpet was dirty giving the impression that it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time. The towels provided in the bathroom were old and spotted. It was evident that they had seen better days and were no longer up to the standard one would expect from a hotel. The breakfast was ok. And surely the view that can be seen from restaurant was beautiful. Yet, that itself is not enough for customer satisfaction. I wouldn’t prefer this business again until they address these issues in order to provide a more satisfactory experience for guests.

I recently stayed at Riverangel Hotel, and I must say that my experience fell far short of my expectations. The pictures displayed online painted a completely different picture compared to what I encountered upon arrival. First and foremost, the condition of the room was quite disappointing. The walls were dirty and in desperate need of a fresh coat of paint. Moreover, the ceiling was infested with dead mosquitoes, which was quite unsettling. It seemed like the room hadn't been properly maintained in a while. The state of the bathroom was equally disheartening. The shower was plagued with mold, making it an unhygienic and uncomfortable space. Additionally, the sink and tap were loose and leaky, adding to the inconvenience. On a slightly positive note, the breakfast provided was acceptable, although it failed to offer anything exceptional or memorable. The service from the staff was friendly and satisfactory, with no major issues to report in that regard. However, the overall condition of the hotel room was concerning. It was evident that the room was showing signs of age and lacked proper maintenance. The towels provided were worn out and stained, which further diminished the overall experience.
