One of the worst hotel experiences of my life! Zero hygiene: cockroaches and insects roaming freely. Constant power cuts, century-old beds, air conditioners and TVs out of order, and “Wi-Fi” in name only. You pay 5-star prices for a hotel stuck in the 1920s. Avoid at all costs!

Abosutely disgusting. Do not go here trust all the bad reviews as there right. The smell is old and musty when you first go there was no customers everything looked abandoned. The pool was filthy and small..the receptionist said to check the room before we pay. Good job we did. By far the worst iv seen. There were no towels no bedding only dirty old mattress toppers looked wafer thin. An oldcot bed with rips in it looked like from the 70s an old chair with a rip in it. The fridge was scruffy. There was an old wire hanging outside for your clothes to hang on. What on earth? it just looked spooky and didnt smell any cooking going oneither. The place just felt dirty and we were scratching the whole time. The 20 minutes we were there we walked out and had to go look for another hotel. This should be shut down.

What a dreadful hotel! Not worthy of 1☆ Paid good money for a very basic, old fashioned room which was akin to camping. I was asked for an extra payment for a more suitable room which was out of order as the man on reception was aggressive & so rude! Perhaps the owner of the hotel should be on site to see just how bad it really is. One of the worst hotels in the world. The girl on reception & manager were nice & agreed that their colleague had a serious attitude problem. I asked for an apology but the said person refused ...was it because I was a woman? Disgraceful. DO NOT bother to book this appalling hotel.
