If you want to live literally 30 seconds away from the metro station, want to go to starbucks reserve roastery everyday and live close to the duomo, aiello rooms is perfect for you. Considering other hotels/residences are pretty expensive, aiello rooms on the other hand has a really high price to value. Service is very good, you could contact them anytime on whatsapp and the staff were very kind and helpful. I knew this beforehand from the other comment that there is a stinky smell from the drainage in the bathroom (due to hot weather). The staff told us to drain it with cold water and it was quickly resolved The only con is that the walls are pretty thin so you might get woken up if you're a light sleeper (bring earplugs), Overall, highly recommend!

Very cozy, clean room with a beautiful view of Piazza san Babila. The receptionist and room service were very friendly. The connection to public transportation is great, but you can also discover a lot on foot. The cathedral is only 10 minutes away. We would love to come back.

Location is fantastic, could not be better. Room was good and well insulated from outside, but not inside, so you could hear other guests and their alarms going off. The drainage system is not great and there was a bad smell from the bathroom, which we addressed by closing the bathroom door at night and running the fan while we were gone. That fixed it. Other than that very nice and everything was fine. Breakfast was a bummer, not much choice (just different types of croissants), and the cafe only opened around 8:30 on Sundays so plan accordingly.
