aha The Rex Hotel

My husband and I checked into aha the rex hotel on Friday(16/05/2025) and even before arriving, we were already impressed with the service as we had to call in prior to ask if we could do our booking telephonically before arrival. The receptionist Nola assisted us with such grace,we were unable to book online, and she sorted out everything for us with no complaints. Upon arrival, we were able to pay for our stay,get shown around , and go straight to our room to enjoy our stay. The next morning (Saturday 17/05/2025), we got to enjoy a delicious breakfast in their beautiful restaurant with a wood fire warming us. Our waitress Chayene was very gracious and hospitable, making us comfortable and tended to all our needs. Thumbs up to her 👍. In the evening, I accidentally spilt my cup of tea on a white linen bedding:-( ,however upon calling reception,Nola answered and offered very kindly to bring us a new clean duvet cover and changed out the dirty one. She even went as far as changing out all of our bed sheets, too. Her assistance and kindness were impeccable. We really appreciated her help and her professionalism to help us sort out our issue. May her service be recognized. We are due to check out Sunday (18/05/2025), and our only regret is that we can not stay longer. Thank you aha the Rex hotel for making our stay a memorable one.

The hotel is situated near to the city and easy to locate. You have a supermarket near to the hotel so you can go and buy anything you need. You even have a gas station nearby so it is easy if you get a rental car. The hotel staff is very helpful & supportive. The food in the hotel is delicious & the restaurant is also great. The rooms are good as well. You get everything you need in this hotel.

If you want to get a way for a weekend. Don't miss out on this AMAZING accommodation. Stunning rooms with everything that you will need and more. Friendly staff. Well done. Can't wait for our next visit 😁
