The rooms were clean, swim out pool from our floor was very convenient. The staff were friendly and professional. The location was right in town, walking distance to night street walking markets. There is a laundromat across from hotel and a motorcycle hire right next door.

We were a family of two parents with three children, and we stayed for three nights in two rooms. The hotel itself was overall fine clean and generally maintained. However, the shower had a weak water flow, and the water heater didn’t allow proper temperature control between hot and cold. On the last night, the air conditioner in the kids' room stopped working. The hotel staff couldn’t fix it and offered to move them to another room, but the kids didn’t want to switch. At checkout, we were charged 200 baht for a broken glass in the bathroom of the kids' room. I don't mind being charged, but it felt a bit absurd to be billed for a glass after the air conditioner failed — and 200 baht for a glass seems super excessive!

SAFETY: Reception closes at 10pm. Didn't feel safe at all during our stay. There was a police car parked overnight because an intruder entered the premises and wouldn't leave the reception area. Note: Reception doors are open to public 24/7, no means of security for the people staying at the hotel. No lifts. Had to carry up and down our 30kg luggage. Hotel has 3 levels. Room doors look filthy. Wasn't expecting for a 4-star hotel. There's a list of charge fees on the table in case you break something/missing items/stains etc which is ridiculous to show during your stay. Bathroom: Has low pressure shower head plus water leaks outside shower so we had to use the pool towels to block the flooding. Towels have stains so we had to let the reception know so we wouldn't get charged. We asked for a box of tissue at the reception as our room didn't have any. The guy gave us a used box from his work table. The only good things about our stay I'd say would be the accessibility to places: close to 7eleven, night market, and laundromat (across the street); AND breakfast. We didn't use the swimming pool during our stay. Pool appears to be clean though. Overall, definitely not a 4-star hotel for us. Lacks security and cleanliness, and service wasn't great.
