Aida Beach Hotel El Alamein

We were in this hotel back in 2022 the experience was amazing and the location was amazing as well as the service, room was so good, Hotel Manager MR sherif Al Nahal went above and beyond, i know this review is a little late but it is due as we miss the place if we came to visit Egypt I would go there again, highly recommend.

Was very, very, very crowded! The restaurants, lobby, staff doesn't have capacity to hold up to the demand there, not the calmest place either, don't expect much from food quality or taste, Beach is super good, setup is good, lifeguards there are active and cautious, room service is adequate but not perfect. Overall adequate for the money it asks for, compared to other hotels it's mid range and perfect for what it costs. However don't expect something anything near fancy.

Terrible Experience with Hexa Beach - Avoid! My family and I traveled from Germany to enjoy the Egyptian weather, but our visit to Hexa Beach was a disaster. We had paid nearly 5000 LE online and were looking forward to our visit. When I called to confirm our booking, the representative asked if we wanted to upgrade to VIP. After I declined, she asked me to hang up and said she would call back in 5 minutes. They never called back and subsequently ignored all my calls. We were left with no response and no service despite having paid a significant amount. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of customer care is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid Hexa Beach to prevent facing such issues.
