Aiello Hotels Centrale

The staff was really nice to put us in the room with balcony. It was very spacious and clean. View from balcony was great. Location is very good too, 5 mins walk from central station.

Conveniently located near the station. Very small room with internet issues.

This is not a “hotel.” While convenient to the train station, it is the third floor of an unmarked apt building with residents living on the first two floors. There is no staff available after 5 pm, which makes evening “check-in” bewildering. Rooms are lined up along a single hallway of the renovated flat with keypads on each door. Much more like an Air BnB that rents individual rooms. Checkin is via a code they send through email, but even though we were supposed to get it 24 hrs in advance, we got it about 6 hours, too late to cancel and after we were already mid travel. After arriving, we didn’t feel safe (all the rooms were full) and forfeited our fee to move to an actual hotel closer to the airport. The rooms are nicely appointed once you get in them, but this isn’t a hotel
