A wonderful hotel on the outskirts of Edessa! We stayed there for 3 days. It's pleasant, with spacious rooms and a beautiful design. The rooms were comfortable, very clean and warm. As far as I got, it's family -run and the owners are very friendly and helpful. We had a nice view of the orchard and mountains. Breakfast was amazing! A variety of choices, buffet-style and I think I have never seen a hotel replace buffet choices so fast. It was quite busy but they never ran out of our favourite breakfast choices. There was pizza, cheese pie, croissants, ham and eggs, 4-5 different types of cakes to name but a few! All in all, a wonderful hotel! Highly recommended!
First of all, I'd like to say thanks to all the staff we met at the hotel! We - 2 adults and a 5-yo boy - stayed at the hotel late February 2017. It's a lovely place with fresh air in the morning and silent nights :) Very kind and hospitable staff make all their best for your home-like staying at the hotel. We had even a soup for lunch at the hotel (in our case it was really hard to find a soup in tavernas across Greece). It seems the hotel is newly-built or renovated, it's clean and well equipped. There are a sauna and a pool, a fireplace in the lobby and friendly atmosphere - the best place to spend a weekend in the winter or even stay for a longer time if you are traveling around northern part of Greece.
