Beautiful hotel right across from the chateau. Breakfast is amazing. Bathroom is very nice with large walk-in shower. Room was very tiny but well appointed.

I can only say that I feel catfished by this hotel. After seeing the pictures online I was very excited to come to this unique looking boutique hotel, however upon arrival I was nothing short of disappointed at the quality of the rooms and services. Let me explain. We had booked 3 rooms in this hotel for 3 nights. The rooms are themed in different colours of Victorian wallpaper and printed carpets, which at first I thought was cute. However, upon further inspection there was black mould everywhere on the wall paper and around the AC with areas of significant water damage in the hallways. On top of this, the furniture was damaged and extremely dated, which gave the whole room an eerie haunted house feeling. My bedroom also had a distinct mildew/formaldehyde smell which was very worrying, we had to leave the window open to air it out. The lighting was also sub par in the rooms, with electricity only working if you turned on all the light switches. We were also told that room service was unavailable as the chef was on holiday and also, the elevator smelled like dog pee, which was the cherry on top. This is not the standard I expect of a 4 star hotel, please avoid and book somewhere else for a better experience.
