Air Boss Istanbul Airport and Fair Hotel

I stayed at Air Boss İstanbul Airport and Fair Hotel for 8 days. Overall, it was a good stay. The breakfast was excellent – very complete, with fresh bread, fruit, cheeses, eggs, hot dishes, and tasty Turkish options. Definitely the highlight of the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, a few things could be improved: WiFi only worked for 2 out of the 8 days, due to issues with the provider (as explained at the reception). The key cards kept getting demagnetized, especially after going through metal detectors – a bit frustrating when you're on the 3rd floor and the door doesn’t open. The view from my room wasn’t great, since there was a construction site just in front of the building. Still, I would recommend the hotel, especially if you're looking for something close to the airport with a great breakfast and solid service.

It's average. To be honest, I've seen a 3 stars hotels with better service than this hotel who's showing 4 stars. The location is not bad though.

Absolutely disgraceful experience. As a professional tour guide, I had booked several rooms well in advance for a group of 10 travelers. We had a long, tiring flight and arrived in Istanbul around midnight—exactly as I had informed the hotel in our earlier conversations. Despite confirming our late arrival in advance, they had the audacity to cancel our booking without warning and sent a message only after we landed. This outrageous, last-minute cancellation completely wrecked our itinerary. I was left scrambling in the middle of the night, trying to find an alternative hotel for a fatigued group with nowhere to go. The stress, confusion, and chaos this caused were absolutely unacceptable. This hotel is the definition of irresponsible. Unprofessional, unreliable, and completely indifferent to their guests. Do yourself a favor—never book with these people.
