The best of everything. It's a five star hotel. The finest of everything from top to bottom. That's what five star stands for.
Worst hotel. Service was atrocious, location was fine, and rooms were lackadaisical. The staff gives you looks every chance they get and are downright mean. Everyday I feel like I ate a bug🪳. This hotel is worse than three-star hotels(at least they are welcoming). How on earth did this hotel get to be five-stars!
This is one of the worst hotel I ever stayed. The staffs are all very rude. They also charged showering in the gym without notifying the guest the price before I entered the shower room. I suspected they constantly charged fees without being known by the guest. I feel I was not treated as a guest in a five star hotel. I never saw a staff in hotel can be so rude to the guests.
