We stayed here for one night with our 3 cats. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Our room was very modern with no carpet on the floor. I do not like it and I think it's very unsanitary when rooms designated for guests with pets, have carpets. The bathroom was spotless clean with a fantastic shower. Very large, you could sit and there were shower heads everywhere. We had food at the restaurant and in the room and everything was well cooked, tasty and beautifully served. Great in room service and in the restaurant. Sheets and towels were clean and not smelly. I would definitely go back to this hotel. It deserves all the stars it got.
Very near to Turin airport, overall good stay, breakfast are simple and nice…you may order fry egg or omelette, if stay near main road will noisy when at night the vehicle pass by…15 min walk got McDonald
What can I say for this hotel what made us a great surprise was that everything in that hotel broke down yesterday anything we ask if they have or if it works it was just broken yesterday. It's a pity because they have a very good restaurant and the people working there they're really nice and polite. The other disappointing is that they say they have wellness and yes there is a swimming pool with any guests of the hotel jumping and eat and doing whatever he wants being crazy diving exactly the opposite of what to expect in the wellness and the quality of the service is quite low.
