After a few demanding days on the slopes, a session with this highly professional and personable individual proved invaluable in aiding my recovery. Their expertise and friendly demeanor were greatly appreciated and contributed significantly to my overall well-being during the trip. This has to be the best hotel in the world, from phoning the concierge (first point of contact) I felt special, we have been here for two nights then extended our stay! The most special experience of my life! Thomas in concierge just fantastic! The whole experience is to make you feel special! Always felt welcome and looked after! Genuinely worth every penny! Having stayed at the first les airelles in courchevel, I was looking forward to checking out the val version, didn't stay, but went for drinks in the bar and the dinner in loulou. Odd reception, but nevertheless welcoming, bar upstairs, but small and odd shape, lacks personality, bartender excellent. Dinner at loulou, average, and staff disinterested, I fear it's not under management control. Left feeling that if I had booked assuming it was a chip off the old block, would have been disappointed. That said, best location in town! OK it's a year later, the bar has been reset, staff very helpful, really good for a drink, Palladio restaurant is top quality and worth a visit.
