When we arrived, the ladies and gents at the reception were so friendly and nice throughout our stay. The staff is responsive. The rooms were OK; everything was working, and the ambiance was perfect. The food, oh my God! They are doing well in that department as well. Breakfast and lunch were different varieties, and they take hygiene very seriously. It's close to the airport as well, so you can't miss your flight. Loved my stay here and would love to visit again.
Great staff, they all were very respectful and upheld good customer service. Please tip them whenever you are leaving. Restaurant was clean and serene.
Golden Tulip Airport road has been in place for some years now. Well maintained over the years but requires updating. Great staff right from the gate to reception and the lounge bar. Good coffee and meeting stop just before the airport.
