Airport Hotel Clark

Big rooms, cold aircon, nice staff. But the problem is there is no Rug for the door of the CR. And you can not wet the toilet area because there is no drain. So it feels like there is a flood inside the CR. NO Trashcan in the Room, only at the CR. The pool is dirty.

Bed was very uncomfortable. It is a brand new hotel and they didn't even buy mattress toppers. The bed springs hurt and leave bruises. I left after one miserable night. It's behind the airport hotel and hard to find the check in desk. Nice looking pool and can see the airplanes landing. There's some places to eat near by but had grab deliver and he had problems finding it also.

Customer service receives a perfect score of 5/5 for their warm welcome and dedication to customer comfort. However, there were several issues: - Very slow wifi and no mobile signal inside the room. - Addressed a smelly bathroom by keeping the exhaust open to minimize the odor. - Bed-related concerns, including one pillow lacking a cover and the absence of an outer bed cover. -Lack of a trash can in the room. -Water heater not working - External noise, with loud videoke and music persisting throughout the night until the morning, though I managed to sleep despite the disturbance. Opted not to complain to the reception, understanding their stress, as all cleaning services were absent that day, leaving the receptionists to prepare the room.
