Great hotel when a quick stay near the airport is needed. We stayed here on our way into and out of Warsaw. The rooms are comfortable and nice. Windows open (something that matters to me). On the way back, we were placed in a suite with a large fold out sofa-bed and 5 of us were comfortable in a room with a king bed and 1.5 bathrooms. The hotel offers a shuttle to and from the airport every 30 min. The driver was waiting for us when we got to the lobby at 4 am! The staff at the hotel is so polite and accommodating. Alina at the reception was very patient and always eager to provide guidance and to make recommendations. She made us feel welcome and took care of everything we needed! The restaurant is amazing! Breakfast buffet was probably the best hotel breakfast I have ever had (and we travel a lot). It has every possible breakfast food one could imagine and everything was fresh and delicious! Great experience, overall!
The rooms are very simple but they are very clean. But! the restaurants are fantastic. Breakfast is must have, you can pick sooo many different delicious dishes in self served bar. You can eat like a king. You can have a dinner in a family-like dining room and the food is 1st class. Worth visiting just for the food.
Very good room standards, and with excellent insulation. Bittersweet experience with the staff: I mistook my dates and, although the hotel was fully booked and my reservation did not admit changes, the receptionist accepted the change without surcharge and facilitated me their "emergency room". So, in this regard, very well. However, on the other hand, the airport shuttle took more than half an hour in picking me up despite I was told that it would arrive considerably sooner. I have no problem in waiting, but the information they provided me should have been more precise, most of all considering the very late hours of my arrival. In fact, it's just a 20' walk from the airport, so I could have gone walking, had I known the shuttle would be so late. Anyway I am grateful I could stay after all.
