Spacious room clean and comfortable. Pleasant and helpful staff easy to deal with. I requested a ground floor room which they were able to accommodate for me. Had everything I needed ie microwave kettle toaster etc. Water was nice and hot. I would stay there again

I am very surprised by the low rating it has. I arrived without any expectations and was pleasantly surprised by literally every single thing. First of all pre check in communication with the team was flawless. They were responding to all my messages quickly and were super accommodating to my questions. The location is amazing. It seats right next to the river, ferry terminal and plenty of the restaurants. The neighborhood is very quiet and beautiful. Check in process was a breeze. Thanks to professionalism of their staff. Room was very spacious, comfortable and has all the facilities you need for a shot or long stay. It even had a microwave and a toaster. Fridge was filled with bottled water and milk and tea/coffee was also plenty. But the best part was how clean was the room. The towels were fluffy and white and the bed was made by a pro. I’ve stayed in hundreds of different hotels and not all 4 star hotels of some big chains provide the same level of hospitality. I came here to post such a long review because I kinda felt it has an unfair score here. Good luck to the hotel team! And I’m definitely going back, considering the fact that it is probably the best value in the whole country! Update: stated there a second time and it was as good.
