Airport View Hotel

A very nice and serene place for relaxation and your business meetings. Their restaurant dishes are also top notch.

Used their workshop services and our conference room though quite small for the group, was cool with a nice view of the road. The restaurant on the terrace with a view was also a nice way to get sun in the mornings. The snacks were okay though the juices/ drinks lacked variety for the entire week but pastries made up for it. My main cause for concern was the fact that we had to use the elevator every time from the conference room to the restaurant and when we wanted to use the stairs, ended up landing in another conference room first before going out the door to ours. There was some ongoing works on the block so I hope something would be done about that. Their traditional meals were delicious, same as the salads but I’d steer clear of their rice meals, they didn’t look that great.

I have visited Airport view hotel couple of times mostly because of its proximity to the airport but it’s not my first choice hotel in Accra. Sadly my recent visit to the hotel wasn’t so pleasant. The internet in my room was useless! It’s hardly worked, it make it difficult to do some work. Some of the staff were not polite. Their level of courtesy was nothing to write home about. The guy at the restaurant, the lady at the reception. They really tried to get on my last nerves! I wonder what they are doing in hospitality business! The food I ordered from the restaurant for dinner was too salty. I wonder what happened! Anyway, I won’t be visiting the hotel again!
